When your parcel arrives, check its condition. If there is visible damage, note it with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from delivery to return your sofa, no questions asked.
- Contact us via the contact page with your order number.
- We'll send you the return address and instructions.
- Once we receive and check the item, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.
Items must be returned complete, clean and in good condition, in protective packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.
Warranty
Every sofa comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll find a solution — repair, replacement or refund.
